1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, and password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the non-refundable application fee of $127 per student.

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:

  • Review Augustine School Quick Facts
  • Download the Confidential Teacher Recommendation form and have the former teacher complete it and return to school (Grades 1-5 only)
  • Provide the school with any IEP/504 program for the applicant
  • Download and review our Parent-Student Handbook
  • Download the Confidential Pastor Recommendation form, to be completed by your current Pastor.
  • Download the Pre-K Teacher Recommendation form, to be completed by the current teacher (for students going into Pre-K), if applicable
  • Download the Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation form, to be completed by the current teacher (for students going into Kindergarten only)
